研究领域与承担项目:
研究领域:主要围绕生物医用高分子材料的设计、合成及其在药物控释、肿瘤治疗、免疫治疗等领域开展工作。开发了多种基于聚氨基酸、聚碳酸酯方面的功能化聚合物,实现了小分子化疗药物、光敏剂、免疫治疗药物的高效担载和可控释放。构建了肿瘤微环境靶向聚集、响应释放的纳米药物和肿瘤疫苗。
