学术成就:

一直从事过渡金属催化的新型串联反应设计研究及应用,集中于有机合成化学中的新方法、新策略研究,具体工作涵盖路易斯酸或布朗斯特酸催化炔丙醇串联反应、钯催化卤代吲哚Heck脱芳构化反应、烯烃不对称环氧化反应等多个领域,以药物小分子骨架的高效合成为主。1路易斯酸或布朗斯特酸催化炔丙醇串联反应,以炔丙醇为底物,在路易斯酸或布朗斯特酸催化下与亲核试剂、亲核亲电试剂、双亲核试剂反应,实现系列普通炔烃难以进行的反应。2钯催化卤代吲哚Heck脱芳构化反应,以卤代吲哚化合物和N-对甲基苯磺酰腙为底物,在钯催化下发生分子内Heck反应,经过氧化加成、迁移插入、金属转移、还原消除等过程合成含有季碳中心的脱芳构二氢吲哚衍生物。迄今为止,在重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,其中通讯作者第一作者在本学科领域共发表SCI论23篇,其中SCI二区及以上论文20篇,近五年论文情况如下:
